Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Arrow Maze Escape mobile application ("App") operated by Imperial Sales & Marketing GmbH ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using Arrow Maze Escape, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms are between you and Imperial Sales & Marketing GmbH only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Imperial Sales & Marketing GmbH, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. These Terms do not provide usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Arrow Maze Escape on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license also extends to Family Sharing members where applicable.
You may not distribute, sublicense, or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time, except as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules.
Arrow Maze Escape offers the following in-app purchases:
Coin packs are consumable purchases used to buy in-game boosters (Hints, Grid overlays). Coins are non-refundable and have no real-world monetary value.
A one-time purchase of $3.99 that permanently removes all advertisements from the App. This purchase can be restored on the same Apple ID through the "Restore Purchases" option.
A one-time purchase of $99.99 that unlocks advanced tools including level navigation, coin/hint additions, and grid overlays. This purchase can be restored on the same Apple ID.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency. You can manage or cancel purchases through your Apple ID settings. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
Imperial Sales & Marketing GmbH is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Imperial Sales & Marketing GmbH, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THEVAYUPUTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree not to:
All content, design, graphics, gameplay mechanics, and code within Arrow Maze Escape are the intellectual property of Imperial Sales & Marketing GmbH and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Imperial Sales & Marketing GmbH, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any intellectual property infringement claim related to the App.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or has been designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 14 survive any termination of these Terms.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App, including your wireless data service agreement and Apple's Usage Rules.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Heidelberg, Germany.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
